When you purchase a product from our store, we retain the following information about you in our database(s):

• Postal address
• Billing address (if different to postal address)
• The product(s) you purchased, including the quantities of each product
• The date and time you made your purchase

We use this personal information to charge you, deliver your products to your postal address and make contact with you in the case there are any issues or questions regarding your order.

We do not have access to or retain any credit/debit card information. This is handled by Stripe and PayPal.

From time to time we may use this information for purposes other than these, where it is directly related to the original purpose for which we collected this information, or whether otherwise permitted by law.

As with all personal information you provide to any New Zealand business, your privacy is protected by law. Long term data retention

As per our obligations under the Public Records Act 2005, we will delete any personal information associated with a person who has not interacted with our website or used our services in the past 5 years. This is done automatically.

Further interactions with our website, emails we send or social media platforms will reset this 5 year period.

Non-identifying statistical information will be retained beyond the 5 year period for analysis purposes.
